Why should I be considered a simpleton just because I insist that politics can be simple too?
If Tharoor has committed a crime then just his resignation is not enough, he should be taken to court and prosecuted for betraying the oath he took when he was sworn in. If he has not, then those who forced him to resign should be taken to court for the same.
Who will pay for all those trips that this minister of state made visiting countries in line of duty round the world which have now come to nought?
Surely, there must be some law under Indian constitution that covers instances when an MP, MLA or a minister betrays the nation?
