A Time & Attendance Systemis has 3 parts.
1. A Time Recording Machines (or reader or terminal, whatever you may like to cal them) - lets call them TRM for short.
2. An identifier that uniquely identifies a person.
3. A software which is installed on a PC to process the attendance records (recorded by TRMs) and provide information.
This, in short is a Time & Attendance System.
